As a Junior Salesforce Developer with a passion for innovative solutions, you will bring enthusiasm, interest and knowledge, combined with your minimum of 2 years custom salesforce development experience, to successfully implement consistent customization within the Salesforce applications and other systems for integration. You will work in a fast paced growth environment remotely with a team of developers and testers, collaborate with stakeholders, and offer solutions for technology, data security and process efficiency across the enterprise. By actively participating in the entire lifecycle of the development process, you will become knowledgeable on core business elements and will be expected to be a key contributor to the business success pathways.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop code within Salesforce utilizing Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura, Javascript, and others as needed for evolving business needs.
- Document and outline workflows, developments, and other technical specifications.
- Provide ticket support pertaining to SF, FF, including advanced support and troubleshooting of specific processes, partnering with outside resources as needed.
- Provide support for the Salesforce system partnering with Salesforce Administrators for various functions, including reporting, data clean-up and appends, as well as system upgrades and deployments while protecting data integrity/
- Collaborate within the Salesforce team as well as various departments including Sales, Accounting, Design, and Operations for development of different projects.
- Investigate and resolve application functionality-related issues.
- Perform thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Clearly communicate progress and timelines of occurring projects to technical colleagues and management
What You'll Need
- Have strong coding knowledge with a Salesforce Developer Certification for a minimum of 2 yrs,
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- Willing to grow an understanding of the policies, operations, goals, metrics, and best practices
- You are extremely organized and detail-oriented and able to work both on long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround.
- You are comfortable translating and communicating technical requirements both written and verbally and understand the various types of communication per team.
- You love working cross-functionally and globally to support the broader team’s goals.
- You’re a true problem solver with an enthusiastic & roll-up your sleeves mentality - you’re always excited by a new challenge.
- A self-starter with a passion for data, structure, technology, and analytics.
- Leads administration, maintenance, testing and support of our CRM platform and will provide support for other financial systems as needed.
