As a Senior Salesforce Developer with a passion for innovative solutions, you will bring 6+ years of custom salesforce development experience, to successfully implement consistent customization within the Salesforce applications and other systems for integration. You will work in a fast paced growth environment remotely with a team of developers and testers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive solutions for technology, data security and process efficiency across the enterprise. By actively participating in the entire lifecycle of the development process, you will become knowledgeable on core business elements and will be expected to drive the business to greatness through all your work.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop code within Salesforce utilizing Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura, Javascript, process automation, batch jobs, and Salesforce Communities and others as needed for evolving business needs.
- Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications in both synchronous and asynchronous modes.
- Utilize various integration tools and APIs to achieve seamless data exchange.
- Implement appropriate security controls to protect data in transit and at rest.
- Document and outline workflows, developments, and other technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Provide support for the Salesforce system partnering with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, and other Developers for various functions, including reporting, data clean-up and appends, as well as system upgrades and deployments while protecting data integrity.
- Showcase technical solutions with proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize development efforts as well as evolving timelines.
- Investigate and resolve application functionality-related issues.
- Perform thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards, always ensuring seamless system functionality, maintenance, and updates to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Clearly track and communicate progress, as well as identify and mitigate risks occurring on all projects to technical colleagues and management.
- Actively participate in the entire development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and effectively manage expectations.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies and contribute actively to team discussions
What You'll Need
- Minimum six years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Salesforce integrations with strong coding knowledge as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
- Mastery of Apex, LWCs, Flows, and other key Salesforce development technologies including various integration tools and API development.
- Proven years of experience with the software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- High attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with emphasis on volume and quality in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- You are extremely organized and detail-oriented and able to work both on long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround.
- You are comfortable translating and communicating technical requirements both written and verbally and understand the various types of communication per team.
- You love working cross-functionally and globally to support the broader team’s goals.
